Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at fearofgodq.shop.

This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery times, shipping charges, tracking procedures and responsibilities relating to the delivery of products purchased through fearofgodq.shop.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the shipping terms described below. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Return and Refund Policy.

1. Free Standard Shipping

All orders accepted through fearofgodq.shop qualify for free standard shipping.

There is no minimum order value required to receive free standard shipping.

No standard shipping fee will be added to your order at checkout. Any optional or additional delivery service, where offered, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping applies only to destinations that are available and accepted through our checkout.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery timeframe is:

15–20 calendar days from the date your order is confirmed.

This estimated timeframe includes normal order processing and standard delivery.

The 15–20-day timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery appointment. Delivery may occasionally take longer because of carrier disruption, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect address information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where we expressly agree to deliver by a specific date, that agreed date will apply.

3. Order Processing

Most orders begin processing shortly after payment has been successfully authorised.

Order processing may include:

  • Payment verification;

  • Fraud and security checks;

  • Confirmation of product availability;

  • Preparation and packaging;

  • Address verification; and

  • Transfer of the parcel to the relevant delivery carrier.

Processing time is included within the estimated 15–20-calendar-day delivery timeframe.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods or periods of unusually high demand may take longer to process.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address entered during checkout.

The order confirmation will normally include:

  • Your order number;

  • The products ordered;

  • The delivery address;

  • The amount paid; and

  • Other relevant order information.

Please review the confirmation carefully and contact info@fearofgodq.shop promptly if any information is incorrect.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.

5. Shipping Confirmation

After your order has been prepared and transferred for delivery, we may send a shipping confirmation email.

Where tracking is available, the shipping confirmation may include:

  • The carrier’s name;

  • A tracking number;

  • A tracking link; and

  • The date the parcel was dispatched.

Tracking information may require several days to become active after the shipping confirmation is issued. This does not necessarily mean that the parcel has not been dispatched.

6. Tracking Your Order

You may track your order using the tracking information supplied in your shipping confirmation.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not appear in real time. There may be periods during which a parcel continues moving through the delivery network without receiving a new tracking scan.

Should tracking remain unavailable or unchanged for an extended period, contact:

info@fearofgodq.shop

Please include your order number and tracking number so that we can review the shipment.

7. Delivery Locations

We deliver only to countries, regions and postcodes available through our checkout.

Where an address cannot be accepted, the website may prevent completion of the order or we may contact you after the order is placed.

We may be unable to deliver to certain:

  • Restricted regions;

  • Remote locations;

  • Military addresses;

  • Freight-forwarding addresses;

  • Collection lockers;

  • Hotels or temporary accommodation;

  • PO boxes; or

  • Addresses that cannot be verified by the carrier.

Where we cannot deliver to the supplied address, the order may be cancelled and any payment collected for the affected order will be refunded.

8. Accurate Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Before placing an order, please check:

  • The recipient’s full name;

  • House, building or flat number;

  • Street name;

  • Town or city;

  • County or region where applicable;

  • Postcode;

  • Country;

  • Telephone number; and

  • Email address.

fearofgodq.shop is not responsible for avoidable delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Address Changes

To request an address correction, contact info@fearofgodq.shop as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number;

  • The incorrect address;

  • The complete corrected address; and

  • The email address used to place the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address. However, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Once a parcel has been transferred to the carrier, address changes may be unavailable or may require the carrier’s approval.

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Where a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, the carrier may:

  • Delay the delivery;

  • Request additional information;

  • Hold the parcel for collection;

  • Return the parcel to the sender; or

  • Dispose of the parcel where legally permitted and operationally unavoidable.

Where a returned parcel is received at the authorised return facility, we will contact the customer or process the matter in accordance with the circumstances.

Reasonable additional delivery or return costs caused by incorrect customer-supplied information may be charged or deducted from a refund where legally permitted.

11. Delivery Attempts

The carrier may attempt delivery at the address supplied during checkout.

Where nobody is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may:

  • Attempt delivery again;

  • Leave the parcel in an authorised safe place;

  • Deliver it to a neighbour where permitted;

  • Take it to a collection point; or

  • Return it to the sender.

Customers are responsible for reviewing tracking information and following any reasonable carrier instructions relating to redelivery or collection.

12. Safe-Place and Neighbour Delivery

Where you request or authorise delivery to a safe place, neighbour, reception desk, concierge, workplace or other nominated recipient, delivery to that location or person may be treated as completed where permitted by law.

Please select only a secure and suitable delivery location.

If you did not authorise an alternative delivery arrangement and cannot locate the parcel, contact info@fearofgodq.shop so that we can investigate.

13. Split Shipments

Products from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

Split shipments may occur because:

  • Products are stored at different fulfilment locations;

  • Different carriers are used;

  • Products become ready for dispatch at different times;

  • Package size or weight limits apply; or

  • Separate delivery is reasonably necessary to fulfil the order.

Where an order is split, you may receive:

  • More than one shipping confirmation;

  • Multiple tracking numbers; and

  • Parcels arriving on different dates.

You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees because an order is divided into multiple parcels.

14. Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver orders within 15–20 calendar days, delays may occasionally occur.

Possible causes include:

  • Carrier network disruption;

  • Customs or border processing;

  • Severe weather;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Public holidays;

  • Strikes or industrial action;

  • Transport interruption;

  • High seasonal demand;

  • Security or fraud checks;

  • Incorrect delivery information;

  • Failed delivery attempts;

  • Government restrictions; or

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to provide available information.

A delay does not remove any statutory rights you may have under applicable United Kingdom consumer law.

15. Orders Not Received Within the Estimated Timeframe

Where your order has not arrived by the end of the 20-calendar-day estimated delivery period, please:

  1. Review the latest tracking information;

  2. Check whether the carrier has left a delivery notice;

  3. Check with household members, neighbours, reception staff or any authorised safe place; and

  4. Contact info@fearofgodq.shop.

Please include:

  • Your order number;

  • Your tracking number;

  • The complete delivery address; and

  • A description of the issue.

We will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, contact the carrier or fulfilment provider.

16. Lost Parcels

A parcel will not automatically be treated as lost merely because tracking has not recently updated.

Where the carrier confirms that a parcel is lost, or where the available evidence reasonably indicates that delivery has failed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include:

  • Sending a replacement;

  • Refunding the affected product; or

  • Refunding the affected order.

We may ask the customer to confirm that the parcel has not been received and to cooperate reasonably with the carrier’s investigation.

17. Parcels Marked as Delivered

Where tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check the delivery address on your order confirmation;

  • Check around the property;

  • Ask household members;

  • Check with neighbours;

  • Contact reception or building-management staff;

  • Review any delivery photograph or carrier notice; and

  • Check any authorised safe place.

Should the parcel remain missing, contact info@fearofgodq.shop promptly.

We will review the available delivery evidence and assist with an appropriate carrier investigation. A tracking status alone will not be used to remove any responsibility that legally remains with us.

18. Damaged Parcels and Products

Please inspect the parcel and products promptly after delivery.

Should a product arrive damaged, defective or incomplete, contact info@fearofgodq.shop as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the damage;

  • Clear photographs of the product;

  • Photographs of the outer packaging;

  • Photographs of the shipping label; and

  • Details of any missing components.

Please retain the damaged product and packaging until we confirm whether they are required for inspection or return.

Damaged or defective products will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

19. Incorrect Products

Where you receive a product that is different from the product ordered, contact info@fearofgodq.shop promptly.

Please include:

  • Your order number;

  • The product ordered;

  • The product received; and

  • Clear photographs showing the product and any labels.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy. Where a return is required because we supplied an incorrect product, reasonable return costs will be covered by us.

20. Missing Products

Some orders are delivered in separate parcels. Before reporting an item as missing, please review all shipping confirmations and tracking numbers.

Where all expected parcels have arrived but an item remains missing, contact info@fearofgodq.shop and provide:

  • Your order number;

  • A list of the products received;

  • A list of the products believed to be missing;

  • Photographs of the parcel and contents; and

  • Photographs of the shipping label.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where the item is confirmed as missing.

21. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

Refusing a parcel or failing to collect it does not automatically cancel the order.

To exercise a cancellation or return right, you should contact info@fearofgodq.shop and follow the procedures in our Return and Refund Policy.

Where a parcel is returned because it was refused or not collected, we will review the matter after the parcel reaches the authorised return facility.

Reasonable return or handling costs may be deducted where legally permitted and where the failed delivery was caused by the customer.

22. Returned-to-Sender Parcels

A carrier may return a parcel to the sender because:

  • The address was incorrect or incomplete;

  • Delivery was refused;

  • The parcel was not collected;

  • The recipient could not be contacted;

  • The address was inaccessible;

  • Import requirements were not completed; or

  • The carrier could not complete delivery.

A tracking update showing “returned to sender” does not necessarily mean that the parcel has reached an authorised return facility.

After the parcel has been received and inspected, we will contact the customer regarding redelivery or refund options.

Additional redelivery costs may apply where the return resulted from incorrect customer information, refusal or failure to collect, where permitted by law.

23. Customs and Cross-Border Deliveries

Where delivery outside the United Kingdom is available through checkout, parcels may be subject to customs processing and local import requirements.

Any delivery charges, taxes or duties collected by fearofgodq.shop will be displayed during checkout.

Where a destination authority or carrier independently imposes an import duty, tax or clearance charge that was not collected by us, responsibility for that charge will be determined by the terms displayed before purchase and applicable law.

Customs processing may extend the estimated delivery timeframe.

Customers must not request that we provide false customs declarations or incorrectly describe the contents or value of a parcel.

24. Delivery Restrictions

We may refuse or cancel delivery where:

  • The destination is unsupported;

  • The address cannot be verified;

  • The product is restricted at the destination;

  • The carrier cannot safely deliver the parcel;

  • Fraud or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected;

  • Delivery would breach applicable law; or

  • Circumstances make delivery impossible.

Where an order is cancelled because we cannot provide delivery, any payment collected for the affected order will be refunded.

25. Ownership and Risk

We remain responsible for the goods while they are being delivered by a carrier selected or arranged by us.

Risk normally passes to you when the goods are physically delivered to:

  • You;

  • A person identified by you to receive them; or

  • A safe place, collection point or alternative recipient expressly authorised by you.

Where you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us, different rules may apply to the transfer of risk, to the extent permitted by law.

Ownership of the products passes after full payment has been received and the products have been delivered.

26. Order Cancellation During a Delivery Delay

Where delivery is materially delayed, contact info@fearofgodq.shop.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to:

  • Agree to a revised delivery period;

  • Cancel the affected order; or

  • Receive a refund for goods that cannot be delivered.

Where delivery by a particular date was expressly agreed as essential, additional cancellation rights may apply.

27. Delivery Complaints

For a delivery complaint, contact:

info@fearofgodq.shop

Please provide:

  • Your order number;

  • The delivery address;

  • The tracking number;

  • A clear description of the issue;

  • Relevant dates; and

  • Photographs or other supporting evidence where appropriate.

We will review the complaint and make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate response.

28. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact and delivery information;

  • Monitoring order and tracking communications;

  • Following reasonable carrier instructions;

  • Collecting parcels within the carrier’s stated period;

  • Informing us promptly of delivery problems; and

  • Providing reasonable information required to investigate a claim.

These responsibilities do not limit any statutory rights or any obligation that legally remains with fearofgodq.shop.

29. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes to:

  • Delivery services;

  • Carrier arrangements;

  • Fulfilment procedures;

  • Delivery locations;

  • Legal requirements; or

  • Store operations.

The updated policy will be published on fearofgodq.shop with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will normally apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published. The delivery terms applying to an accepted order will normally be those presented when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.

30. Statutory Rights

This Shipping Policy operates alongside applicable United Kingdom consumer law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or replaces any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
